Room One, the cocktail bar of a sleek urban retreat The Mira Hong Kong, invites a Japanese guest mixologist Ryuichi Saitoh to showcase his flair on 3 memorable nights from 18- 20 May, from 7pm till late.

Talented chief mixologist at one of Tokyo’s five-star hotels, Ryuichi Saitoh is a 2015 Chivas Masters Japan champion who placed 3rd in the world in the global edition of this reputable cocktail competition held in New York in the same season.

Bringing to Hong Kong his treasured recipes of original Tokyo tipples, Ryuichi Saitoh will be serving a special menu of 5 cocktails including his award-winning Personal Collins, which granted him the highly coveted trophy. Blending in premium spirits with specific to Japan ingredients such as hojicha infused gin or matcha liqueur, and homemade infusions and syrups, the selection by Japanese guest mixologist includes an original cocktail inspired with and dedicated to the Hong Kong’s design-driven hotel, The Mira.

Exclusive cocktail menu by Ryuichi Saitoh starts from HK$168 per drink. Prices are subject to 10% service charge.
