This year, Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta’s Ramadan decor will feature a colourful Moroccan tent inspiration at Lobby Lounge. The stylish setting with gold, purple burgundy and green turquoise colour, will welcomes guests with grace and refinement. The hotel’s lobby will also display colourful ostrich figure. To elevate the Ramadan atmosphere, SATOO, the hotel’s international buffet restaurant, will show the muadzin prayer live to mark the breakfasting dinner.
The hotel will also highlight the culinary breakfasting at SATOO. The chefs will present special culinary creations from Indonesia, which offers the most loved cuisine for breakfasting. The special buffet menu will start with exciting sweet ‘Takjil’ appetizer from Bubur Tampah, Es Selendang Mayang, assorted Indonesian snack and Vanilla Ice Cream with Baklava that also perfect for dessert. The special savouries menu are Kambing Guling (Spiced Roast lamb), Nasi Kebuli Rempah (Rice Kebuli), Oxtail Soup with assorted Sambal, Martabak Telur (Pan-fried Egg Pancake), Ayam Bakar Pecak (Pecak Roast Chicken), Ayam Penyet Sambal (Smashed Fried Chicken with Sambal), Assorted Satay and Bakso. The Middle Eastern section with Chicken Shawarma, Mezzeh platter and Lamb Ouzi menus will also be available, along with other international delicacies at interactive stations. Guests will be able to savour the rich menu for iftar or the dinner feast at Rp 428,000++ per person from Sunday to Thursday and at Rp488,000++ per person on Friday and Saturday.
To share the holy month’s blessings, SATOO Deli Shop offers Ramadan hampers that will make perfect presents. The hampers come in beautiful golden boxes in three types; Ajwa – consist of two cookie tin, Hikmah – consist of three cookie tin and Sukkari – consist of five cookie tin. Price starts from Rp398,000nett per box.
